Backstory

1. Born into a large family of eight children, he grew up in a traveling caravan that doubled as a small business. As the middle child, he learned early on how to adapt and survive in a constantly moving world. Over time, extended families joined their caravan, creating a tight-knit but ever-growing community on the road. However, as the years passed, the business began to falter. Desperation crept in, and the caravan turned to less honorable means to survive. They began taking on shady contracts—transporting bounties, working for criminals, and serving the highest bidder, no questions asked. Unknowingly, he found himself healing and aiding those who thrived in the shadows, believing he was simply doing his part to keep the caravan afloat. But the truth began to unravel. One fateful night, he witnessed a man brutally murder another, only to call for his aid moments later to tend to the killer's wounds. The moral weight of what he had been supporting crashed down on him. Disillusioned and horrified, he fled the caravan under the cover of darkness, leaving behind the only life he had ever known. Now a wandering doctor, he roams the land, offering his skills to those in need while grappling with the guilt of his past. His path crosses with the party during a moment of crisis: they are desperately trying to transport a man named Fred to the nearest hospital after he overdosed on mystical mushrooms.
